The investigator made is his job quite simple: since he ignored my witnesses, and my evidence, he carried a very light burden to argue against me (chapters 67 – 68).
Again we see that his main points reveal his methodology:
ben’s evidence helps ben’s own case,
ben’s witnesses might also,
so let’s ignore everything that could serve ben’s argument.
